Who is responsible?

Contact requests
We use your contact details and event information to reply to your request and prepare a quote. This is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract; other enquiries are handled under our legitimate interest in answering you. Fields marked * are required to process the request. Sending a request does not subscribe you to marketing.
Newsletter
Your email address is used to send agency news only with your consent, recorded through a checkbox and a confirmation email. You can withdraw it using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Unconfirmed requests are removed after 30 days. Confirmed subscriptions are kept until withdrawal, with a maximum of three years without renewed consent.
Retention
Contact requests in the website inbox are kept for up to three years from submission, followed by a 30-day recovery period. Messages you ask us to delete enter the same recovery period. Contracts, invoices and legally required records are handled separately for their applicable retention periods. Backups expire according to their rotation and are used only for recovery.
Who receives data?
Only authorised agency staff can access contact requests. Our technical providers include OVHcloud for hosting and mailboxes, Cloudflare for traffic protection, and Resend for sending emails. Resend and Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in their data processing terms, including standard contractual clauses. Your data is not sold.
Statistics, cookies and embedded content
Our own audience counter records only a page and a day, with no visitor identifier or analytics cookie. Temporary keyed hashes are used to limit abusive requests and expire within 48 hours. Administration uses an authentication cookie. Videos from YouTube or Vimeo connect to those services only when you start playback; their own privacy terms then apply. Hosting and security providers may also process technical connection data.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw your consent. Write to [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL at cnil.fr.
